1.) E.S. Gallagher's credit department must first approve the exchange transaction.
2.) Merchandise will be accepted for return only after a replacement order of equal or higher dollar amount has been received by E.S. Gallagher
3.) All returns must be assigned an E.S. Gallagher supplied RGA number.
4.) All returned goods must be undamaged, unused, in their original cartons and in resalable condition.
5.) E.S. Gallagher will only exchange goods that were originally purchased from E.S. Gallagher.
6.) This policy is extended to merchandise purchased within the twelve months preceding the exchange.
7.) The customer is responsible for paying the freight on the returned merchandise as well as the freight on the replacement order.
8.) This policy is extended only to items carried by E.S. Gallagher at the time of the exchange and not to any special orders. The replacement order must also be for normally stocked items.
