RETURN POLICY:

E.S. Gallagher Sales offers its customers the right to exchange E.S. Gallagher products for other product within the E.S. Gallagher product line subject to the following conditions:
1.) E.S. Gallagher's credit department must first approve the exchange transaction.
2.) Merchandise will be accepted for return only after a replacement order of equal or higher dollar amount has been received by E.S. Gallagher
3.) All returns must be assigned an E.S. Gallagher supplied RGA number.
4.) All returned goods must be undamaged, unused, in their original cartons and in resalable condition.
5.) E.S. Gallagher will only exchange goods that were originally purchased from E.S. Gallagher.
6.) This policy is extended to merchandise purchased within the twelve months preceding the exchange.
7.) The customer is responsible for paying the freight on the returned merchandise as well as the freight on the replacement order.
8.) This policy is extended only to items carried by E.S. Gallagher at the time of the exchange and not to any special orders. The replacement order must also be for normally stocked items.

WARRANTY POLICY:

E.S. Gallagher warrants that goods purchased for resale will be free from manufacture defects in material and workmanship under normal use, regular service and maintenance, for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase from E.S. Gallagher. Please note that this warranty may be superceded by factory warranty policies.


This warranty shall not apply to any products which have been repaired or altered to affect its proper operation. Products subjected to misuse, improper installation or accident, are also not covered under this warranty.


If a qualified defective product is returned within the applicable warranty period to E.S. Gallagher in accordance with the procedure described below, E.S. Gallagher will, at its option, replace or credit the wholesaler for the purchase price of the product.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE:

1.) Wholesaler must first obtain a return goods authorization number by contacting the E.S. Gallagher Customer Service Department.
2.) Goods must be returned freight prepaid and properly identified by the "RGA Number".
3.) Goods found to be qualified defects as described in the E.S. Gallagher Warranty Policy, will be replaced or credited at the lowest E.S. Gallagher Wholesale price paid by the wholesaler within the preceding twelve months.
