RECEIVER VALVES

Packed, Globe, Non Back-Seating Design

The function of a Receiver Valve is to isolate the inlet and outlet of

the Liquid Receiver, or other system component, to allow service or

maintenance.

Applications

Henry Technologies' Packed Receiver Valves are used in a variety of air

conditioning and refrigeration applications for isolating, flow control, charging

and purging. The 927 series Angle Receiver Valves are suitable for use with

HCFC and HFC refrigerants and their associated oils, as well as other

industrial fluids non-corrosive to brass, steel, and synthetic rubber.

Maximum working pressure = 700 PSI (48.2 Bar)

Allowable operating temperature = -20°F to +300°F (-29°C to +149°C)

Henry Technologies’ 927 Series Receiver Valves are UL and C-UL Listed by

Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. Additionally, the valves are designed and

Materials of Construction

The valve body is made from brass. The stem is made from plated steel. A

metal-to-metal seat seal is used. A graphite compound is used for the

packing gland. The seal cap is made from molded plastic.

brazing ODS connection.
